    Kale, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium(remove)
    Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced(remove)
    Zucchini, baby, .5 medium(remove)
    *Summer Squash, .5 medium(remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves(remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large(remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 3 large(remove)
    sprinkle of Tuscan Blend Herbs

Directions

saute all the vegetables untill tender crisp
scramble eggs and add to pan lower heat
broil untill eggs set on top
add cheese if desired
