Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1 scoop whey powder
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon torani sugar free syrup (any flavor)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
Tips
I prefer to use the Carmel flavored syrup, I like the taste it gives them. It doesn't have to be used if not wanted. I use the protein powder to get the extra burst of protein in the morning before I go to the gym, it helps me, but is not required in the recipe.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, then mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well.
Pour onto waffle iron (follow instructions on your waffle iron).
Can be made as pancakes if preffered.
