Ingredients

    1/2 cup Fage 0%
    1 egg (large)
    2 egg whites (large)
    3/4 - 1 cup rolled oats (not instant/not flavored, no sugar added)
    1-2 scoops zero carb protein powder (any flavor)
    1/2 - 1 tspn cinnamon
    stevia to taste

Tips

add more or less rolled oats to change the texture and thickness of batter


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Cook in non-stick pan over med heat.

Serving Size: 8 - 1/4 cup batter pancakes
