*Besan (Gram flour), 0.5 cup (remove)
Almond Meal, .5 cup (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Pumpkin, cooked, .33 cup, mashed (remove)
Maple Syrup, .5 cup (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
*Bob's Red Mill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, .5 cup (remove)
Tips
you can swap out the wheat flour for rice or other non gluten flour. you can use peanut flour instead of the besan which is chickpea flour.
Directions
soak dates in hot water.
mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk
mix all wet ingredients including dates in a food processor, mix until smooth.
add dry ingredients and process until smooth
put in 8 X 8 pan lined with parchment paper
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
