Ingredients

    16 oz cooked bowtie pasta
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 cup frozen peas
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2-3 tablespoons kirkland no salt seasoning or Mrs. Dash
    2 cans tuna packed in water
    1/2 cup frenchies french fried onions
    2 tbs bread crumbs (I like panko bread crumbs best)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix soup, milk, peas, sesame oil, seasoning and tuna in a large baking dish. Add the pasta when cooked. Mix together and top with the onions and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes
