Introduction

Lots of beans and veggies with spices. Lots of beans and veggies with spices.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    5 cans of a variety of beans
    4 medium sized zucchini chopped
    2 peppers chopped
    1 Tbl Chili Powder
    2 Tbl Cilantro
    1 Tbl Red pepper flakes (more optional)
    1 Large can crushed tomatoes
    1 cup Garlic - onions for those who can eat them

    Additional liquid as needed. I just used water from rinsing the cans.

Tips

Any varieties of beans, and any vegetables will work.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook 5-6 hours on variable heat, or 8 hours on low.
