Introduction

Meatloaf like my Mother-in-law made!! I used grass-fed beef. Meatloaf like my Mother-in-law made!! I used grass-fed beef.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    I 14.5 oz can tomatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 cup uncooked Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ketchup for topping

Directions

Combine all ingredients, (except for ketchup) mix well. Place in shallow baking pan and shape into loaf. Top with ketchup and extra bell pepper strips.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
