Introduction

This is a great dish for those are going vegan and raw. This is a great dish for those are going vegan and raw.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups walnuts
    1 1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 alfalfa sprouts
    1 tbs coconut Aminos
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup veganaise
    garlic powder to taste
    black pepper to taste
    spike to taste( for those who can use taste)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro( safe some for garnish if you like)
    ground tumeric
    curry powder
    1 tbs coconut aminos
    1 cup spring greens


Directions

Soak the walnuts 8-12 hours , overnight is best, combine walnut, aminos, sprouts and cumin in food processer . Pulse to the desired consistency. combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl except the spring greens. scape the walnut mixture in bowl with the rest of the ingredients and stir and serve on a plate with a bed of spring greens. garnish with the reserved cilantro.
