Ingredients

    2 cups chick pea flour
    1 pound ground chicken
    2 medium onions grated
    1 tsp Tumeric
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup vegtable oil

Tips

If you want to use less oil you can but the ground chicken then needs to be fattier otherwise it comes out dry.


Directions

Place flour in a large bowl. In a separate bowl place ground chicken, the grated onions and seasoning with oil. Add to chickpea flour mixture and mix till the consistency of a regular meatball. Add to simmering cooked soup for 20-30 minutes.
