Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    1/2 c. gluten-free flour blend
    1/2 c. organic cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1/2 c. organic non-fat dry milk
    1/2 c. organic whey powder
    1/2 c. raw sugar
    1/4 tsp gluten free baking powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 c. chopped organic walnuts
    1/2 c. organic semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. organic dark chocolate chips

    Wet Ingredients:
    2 organic eggs
    1/2 cup organic coconut oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp organic vanilla


Tips

These are a yummy addition to your snack bag, especially if you need a protein and energy burst!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8" x 8" glass pan with coconut oil or organic pan release spray.

Mix together all dry ingredients with a wooden spoon until well-blended. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until the mix has an even consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared glass pan and spread evenly into the corners. Place the pan in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool completely before cutting into 10 equal pieces. bag individually for serving-sized portions to take on-the-go.
