Introduction

Ingredients

    1 C coconut water
    1 TBSP jello coconut cream pudding mi unprepared
    1 TBSP chia seeds ground up (use coffee grinder or processor)
    1 banana
    1/4 c frozen pineapple
    1/2 cup frozen mango
    1/4 cup frozen peaches
    1 Cup frozen mixed berries (bueberry raspberry strawberry blackberry, cherry etc) which ever you find at he store.
    1/2 cup water

Tips

I mix and match fruits depending on what I have. This is the most common way I make the smoothie though. Cocnut water really adds to the flavor of the smoothie nicely


Directions

grind chia seeds in coffee grinder. Add all to blender and mix until smooth. Drink up!
