Ingredients

2 cups white flour, i use bread flour
.25salt
.5 baking powder
8oz chobani greek yogurt, plain
maybe olive oil and warm water
Directions
mix first 3 dry ingriedents inbig bowl. then add yogurt. should come together nicely with alot of stirring and kneading. if not coming together add a little olive oil and then keep adding warm water tsp by tsp util it comes together nicely. then knead on lightly floured surface for 5 minutes. let rest in well oiled bowl for an hour covered.
then pull in roll in 5 balls. flatten balls as thin as possible and place in hot griddle or pan until little brown spots appear. place in 450 degree oven for 3 to 4 minutes until it "puffs" a bit in place. then take out and place in bread basket. repeat for each.
its hard work but the flavor is fabulous!
