Introduction

Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Oatmeal 1/4 cup
    Milk (2%) 1/2 cup
    Yogurt (low fat) 2 oz
    Almonds - about 5 sliced
    Chia seeds 1 Tbsp
    Flaxseed (milled) 1 Tbsp
    Cinnamon (ground) 2 Tbsp

Tips

You can reheat it if you would like and add other ingredients to your taste... like brown sugar or fruit...


Directions

Put the oatmeal in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave
Once it's cooked add the milk, yogurt, chia, flaxseed, cinnamon and almond.
Remove and let it cool. The Chia seeds and flaxseed will thicken the oatmeal... and eat!!!
