Ingredients

    Wonton wrappers, 24 wrapper,
    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz
    Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp
    onion, dried minced, 1.5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp

    Chicken Broth, 12 cup
    Baby Bok Choy, 3 heads
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp

Directions

Puree/chop the cooked shrimp, then mix with the ground chicken, soy sauce, onion and garlic powders and pepper. Fill wrappers with the filling
Heat broth and add the chopped BokChoy, ginger and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Soy Sauce.
In another pot, boil about 8 cups of water and add the wontons to poach.

To Serve, place 2 wontons in a bowl with some of the scallions and 1 cup of the broth
Add soy sauce and scallions.

Serving Size: makes 6 2-cups servings with 2 cups of broth, 4 wontons and 1/2 head of Baby Bok Choy
