Ingredients

2 pounds asparagus
5 ears of sweet corn
4 potatoes (skin optional)
1 large onion
4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 cup 2% milk
herbs: turmeric, clove, garlic powder, white pepper
Directions
Remove asparagus tips and set aside. Chop asparagus stems, onion, potatoes and boil in stock until temder, then puree. Add milk and spices to puree and stir. Do not boil after adding milk. Roast asparagus tips in oven. Soak sweet corn with shuck in water, place on cooking sheet, cover with foil. Roast in convection oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cut from ear and add to puree. Serve with asparagus tips as garnish
