Ingredients

    Egg 1 whole and 1 extra white
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 7 leaf
    1 green onion
    1 Mushrooms, fresh

Tips

Have the spinach leaves stacked up and the green onion cut into leaf length segments to roll all up together for snipping right into your eggs! Easy clean up!


Directions

Scramble eggs, pour into nonstick pan; using kitchen scissors cut mushroom & rolled up spinach leaves with onion inside into the egg; cook covered until egg is 2/3 cooked then add cheese & fold over. Eat when done to your liking.
