Ingredients

    1 medium head red cabbage, chopped
    3 large carrots, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    2 leeks, sliced
    1 box or 2 cans vegetable broth
    2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce or to taste
    2 tsp Braggs Amino Acid or to taste

Tips

Next time I will add another can of broth and lentils.


Directions

Put broth in a large kettle. Add ingredients. Brig to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, turn the heat to just above simmer. Let simmer 2 hours or until tender.
