Ingredients

    1 small whole wheat Pita bread
    1.5 TBS. Creamy Peanut Butter
    3 oz. MUSSELMAN’S Lite applesauce
    Non-stick butter spray
    Cinnamon
    Splenda (optional)

Directions

Coat frypan with non-stick spray. Place pita and flip on both sides on medium heat until golden brown and a little crisp. Put on plate. Now, Carefully spread peanut buttter and spoon on the applesauce layer . Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Add splenda if you desire more of a sweet taste.
