    3 cups spinach leaves
    1 cup frozen, whole strawberries (unsweetened)
    1 cup peaches, frozen (unsweetened)
    2 cups frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    2 Tbsp organic chia seeds
    4 Tbsp vanilla extract
    4 medjool dates, pitted
    approx 4 cups water (more or less to desired consistency)


Store unused portion in mason jars in the fridge. Will keep for 1-2 days. Shake well before drinking if it's been stored.


Place all ingredients in a VitaMix (or other high-powered blender) and blend. Enjoy!
