Ingredients

    Baby bok choi, raw, 250 gram(s)
    Shallots, 60 gram(s)
    On Lee egg-flavoured noodles, 1 piece
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long)
    Oyster Sauce-Golden Dragon, 2 tbsp
    Campbells no salt added chicken broth, 2 cup
    Bean sprouts, 2 cup
    Mushrooms Shiitake dried, 20 gram(s)
    Chicken breast, 6 oz
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 250 grams
    Garlic, 2 cloves.
    Olive oil, 1 tbsp
    Water chestnuts, sliced, 1/2 can

Directions

Soak the mushrooms in hot water. Chop everything. Stir fry meat and vegetables until the meat is done. Add chicken stock and steam for 5-10 minutes. Add the noodles and steam for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to sit until the noodles are the desired softness. Add the oyster sauce and stir.
