Ingredients

    3 mashed bananas
    1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 T baking powder
    3 C oats
    1/2 C choco-peanut butter powder (used Just Good Stuff brand)

Tips

Let the cupcakes cool and they won't stick to the liners.


Directions

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in seperate bowls. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet. Bake in lined muffin pan at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until edges are browned and cupcakes are firm.
