    1 Banana
    1 egg
    1/2 T coconut flour (optional)
    dash sea salt

Tips

Can also try with cinnamon or other flavouring.
Serve with fruit and/or maple syrup


Directions

Squish banana, add egg & mix well
Melt butter or coconut oil in pan.
Add batter & cook until lightly browned & flip carefully
