Ingredients
-
6 Large Potatoes
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Butter
Tips
Be careful opening packet. It will be hot. Time depends on how hot your grill is and where it is placed on the grill. If it is on a raised bracket, it will take longer.
This comes out well in the oven and microwave as well, but won't have the grill flavor.
Directions
Peel and cut up potatoes into about 2" pieces.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper over cut up potatoes.
Put seasoned potatoes onto large (12-15") piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle oil over the potatoes and with your hands mix the seasoned potatoes and oil well. Cut up butter into small pieces and drop evenly over the potatoes.
Wrap the potatoes tightly and seal ends of the potato packet tightly, so the juice doesn't run out.
Place on heated grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Be careful opening packet. It will be hot.
