Introduction

Ingredients

    1 540ml can Blue Menu 6-bean medley
    1 540ml can Blue Menu chickpeas
    1 398ml can Blue Menu cut wax beans
    1 398ml can Blue Menu cut green beans
    1/2 thinly sliced red onion
    6 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup Splenda (baking)

Tips

Can eat this immediately, but tastes even better is marinated for a number of hours. Great the next day too!


Directions

Place all beans in a large colander. Rinse well. Placed remaining measured ingredients and beat with a fork. Add sliced red onion and beans. Stir to coat.
