Ingredients

    1 bouillon cube, dissolved in 4-5 cups of water
    1/2 - 1 kg turkey breast meat, cubed
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    2 jalapeņo peppers, sliced
    1/2 - 1 bell pepper, diced
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 tbsp olive oil

    Seasonings to taste

Directions

Add to crock pot and simmer all day. Come home to warm, yummy turkey stew!
