Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag black beans, rinsed, soaked, drained
    1 16 oz bag garbanzo beans, rinsed, soaked, drained
    2 14.5 oz cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can whole kernel corn
    2 c chicken broth or bouillon + water
    2 c chopped potatoes
    1 c salsa
    1 c frozen green beans
    2 cloves garlic (optional)

Directions

Soak & drain black beans and garbanzo beans.

Drain & rinse corn.

Mix tomatoes, corn, broth (or water & bouillon), beans, potatoes, salsa, and green beans in crock pot. Add garlic as desired. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
