Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Pork chops, tenderloin, or roast
    5 oz. Soy Vay Island Teriyaki sauce (about 1/4 bottle), divided
    1/4 small onion, chopped
    Dash of garlic powder
    1/2-3/4 c. water
    Butter/Bibb or Romaine lettuce


Tips

Add asian slaw (homemade or store bought) and brown rice for a delicious meal!


Directions

Trim visible fat from pork and place in slow cooker. Add about half of the teriyaki sauce, the onion, garlic powder, and water. Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until meat is tender and falling apart (exact time depends on cut of meat).

Remove meat from pot, pull apart with 2 forks, and add the remaining teriyaki sauce to taste.

Spoon into lettuce leaves.
