Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup water (tap or filtered)
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 large kale leaf
    5 strawberries
    1 kiwi peeled
    1 frozen, peeled banana cut into chunks
    1 tsp Honey (optional)

Directions

Put all ingredients (except honey) in blender for about 2 min.
Taste test to see if you need honey.
(I prefer with honey)
If needed, add honey to blender, blend for 15-20 seconds & then enjoy
