Ingredients

    1 ripe pear (skinned and chopped)
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/4 avocado
    16 oz. Silk Vanilla Pure Coconut Milk
    1 tsp honey or agave (optional, not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Note: Hemp seeds will thicken the smoothie
