    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
    *Baby Romain, .75 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced

Tips

add any condiments like mustard, vegenaise, oregano, ect .


Directions

slice all veggies
sauté all veggies but lettuce and tomatoes
place lettuce and tomatoes on pita and then add sautéed vegies ..
wrap and enjoy
