Introduction

I used this soup as an appetizer before meals to curb my appetite. This soup is basically free on WW. It is also good if you put in refrigerate and blend in your blender for a quick 'veggie smoothie' - kind of like gazpacho. I used this soup as an appetizer before meals to curb my appetite. Ingredients

    Large pot of water
    1 T Better than Boullion
    6 carrots
    1 leek
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 - 28 oz can whole tomatoes
    1 whole onion
    1/2 head of small cabbage
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions

I fill my soup pot half full with water. Add boullion and veggies, simmer till tender. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 12 1-1/2 c servings
