    3 Frozen Chicken Breast
    1 cup salsa medium
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 Tbs soy sauce low sodium
    1 cup peanut butter, chunky

Directions

place everything in a crock-pot, on low for 8 hours. shred chicken and serve hot. great on brown rice, wheat pasta, or spaghetti squash
