Introduction

Ingredients

    Frozen Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, or mixed - preferably organic) 3-4 cups
    Fresh kiwi (optional) 1-2
    Fresh Banana 1
    Fresh Pineapple (optional) 1 cup or so
    Protein powder (soy or whey) 4-5 Tbs.
    Orange juice 1 cup or so
    Coconut water (optional) 1/2-1 cup
    Ground flax seed (optional) 3-4 Tbs.*
    Greek Yogurt, any flavor, one 6 oz. serving
    * Can use flaxseed oil instead

Tips

Try adding raw spinach - it's good, I promise!
