Ingredients
2 cup Romaine Lettuce shredded
3 oz Shredded Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin
1/2 cup Meijer Organics Black Bean Refried Beans with red jalapeno
11 Better Made Corn Tortilla Chips
1 Red Ripe Tomato, diced, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
2 tbsp Salsa
1 sliced Jalapeno Pepper
Directions
Layer, lettuce, chips. Mix chicken and beans, place on top of chips, then layer diced tomato, salsa and jalapeno.
