Ingredients

    2 boneless, frozen chicken breast cut in half.
    1 cup corn flakes
    1t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375*
Put corn flakes in plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush to fine crumb's add salt and pepper and shake well.
Spray chicken with butter spray coat both sides with crumb's.
put on cookies sheet and bake until juice runs clear and is no longer pink about 40 minutes.
