Ingredients

    4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2/3 c. honey
    2-3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 355 degrees F.

Start with thawed chicken breasts and trim all fat.

Mix the honey and the vinegar in a bowl to make a honey-vinegar paste. Place the bread crumbs in another bowl.

Dredge each chicken breast in the honey, then coat with the bread crumbs. Place in a glass baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray.

I like to put any leftover honey mixture in the bottom of the pan for extra moisture. I add a little bit of water to get it out of the bowl and into the pan more easily.

Bake chicken for approximately 30-35 minutes. Make sure the chicken is not pink when you bring it out from the oven.

Delicious with this recipe is the Asparagus in Low Fat Bernaise Sauce recipe I found on this site!
