Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    2 cups almond meal
    2 mashed banana's
    1/2 tsp. bicarb soda + 1tblspn lemon juice
    1 t cinnamon
    pinch salt
    1/2 cup natvia - you can use less if you don't like them too sweet!
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    4 scoops BNRG Proto Whey
    2 eggs + 2 egg whites
    1/4 cup olive oil

Tips

Sometimes I add in cut up small cube pieces of apple or throw in some Goji Berries or Slithered Almonds instead of Blueberries.


Directions

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients with hand held electric mixer then mix in blueberries by hand cook in oven on 180 for 20 - 25minutes
