Ingredients

    1.5 lb ground turkey or chicken
    .5 cup breadcrumb
    .25 cup finely diced onion
    .5 cup grated Parmesan
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 egg
    3 tbsp olive oil
    14 oz jar pizza or marinara sauce
    8 oz grated mozzarrella

Directions

Combine chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, parmesan, garlic, egg with salt and pepper. Shape into balls, Mix 3 tbsp sauce with olive oil and brush on balls. Cook at 400 for 15 minutes. Add more sauce to each ball and sprinkle with mozz. Broil 5 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce.
