Introduction

This is a quick and simple egg salad. I use plain yogurt because I don't like mayo or Miracle Whip. I also buy my eggs already boiled when I get a craving for egg salad...makes it so much quicker for me. This is a quick and simple egg salad. Ingredients

    Whole Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs (6 egg), 3 serving
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .33 cup (8 fl oz)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Hellmann's Dijonnaise, 1.5 tsp


    prep and cook times depend on wether you use fresh eggs or pre-boiled/peeled eggs

Directions

Boil eggs and peel (or used pre-boiled andf peeled eggs). Dice eggs and mix together with other ingredients.

Serce as a sandwich or just as a salad on a lettuce leaf.
