Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Dates, 1 cup
    Raw Cashews, 1 cup
    Jasmine Rice, 2 cups uncooked
    Salt, 1 tablespoon
    Shredded Coconut, 1 cup

Directions

Cook the rice. Put all ingredients in a food processor, process, press in 8 x 8 pan, cool in fridge for one hour before cutting. Store in fridge.
