Introduction

I don't like commercially made chicken noodle soup so I came up with my own--my family loves it! I usually use Better than Bouillon chicken flavor and add 2 tsps to the water. Using Dreamfields pasta gives me additional protein and few carbs. Enjoy! I don't like commercially made chicken noodle soup so I came up with my own--my family loves it! Ingredients

Chicken, skinned, cooked and chopped, 2 c.
Dreamfields healthy carb spaghetti, 6 oz
    Celery, chopped 1 cup
    Carrots, chopped 1 cup
    Mushrooms, chopped .5 cup
    Onions, chopped 1 cup
    1 cup water
1 cup chicken broth or bouillon

Tips

If you don't have cooked chicken, use raw and cook in the water and broth. Removed the meat and chop. Then add the rest of the ingredients. We often eat this soup as a meal.

Directions

Put all ingredients except pasta in a large pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat to low, and cook for 30 minutes. Taste the liquid for seasoning and add additional water or broth if needed. Break pasta strands into 2 inch pieces and cook until pasta is done.
