Introduction

Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 small pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 large sweet potato
1 large spud
1 medium carrot
6 oz of meat
50 gr of bacon/panceta
10 gr sunflower oil
Salt and condiments to taste.
Tips
If you put the lentils in a bowl and cover them with water for 2 hours (at least) they will cook faster.
Directions
Chop the onion, pepper and garlic.
Peel off the sweet potato, spud and carrot, and chop them into cubes.
peel off teh tomatoes and take them to the blender for 2 minutes.
Pour the oil in a saucepan/pot and, heat for 2 minutes and then add the onion, pepper and garlic.
Saute for 5 minutes and add the meat and bacon. Saute all together for another 10 minutes and then add the potato, spud, carrot and lentils.
Add the tomatoes and 2 liters of boiled water.
Cover the pot and stir once in a while.
Wait 40 - 45 minutes and enjoy!
