    Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (remove)
    Onions, raw, 5 small (remove)
    Turnips, 10 small (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)


You may want to spray the tofu with additional oil before placing on the grill to assist with sticking.


Chop all tofu and veggies to approx 1/2" and marinate in oil, vinegar and herbs/spices for at least two hours. Then skewer and grill over direct heat.

Serving Size: makes 14 - 16 kabobs.
