Ingredients

1/2 avocado
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
1 kiwi with skin
1 serving stevia organic extract or monk fruit extract
1 drop peppermint essential oil (can use organic peppermint extract instead if you like)
Tips
if you do not like stevia or monk fruit as sweeteners this is also good tasting with pure 100 % maple syrup or (non vegan) honey. Please keep in mind that this would change the calorie count!
Directions
put in a vita mix or nutribullet, blend and drink!
The peppermint essential oil addition is great if you have a cold, lung problems, need to wake up or have a stomach digestive issue.
