Introduction

Simple, fast, delicious apple condiment for adding to oat meal, ice cream, yoghurt, or eating plain! Simple, fast, delicious apple condiment for adding to oat meal, ice cream, yoghurt, or eating plain!

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 100 grams
    Brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp unpacked
    Corn starch, 1 tsp = 3 grams
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp

Directions

Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Mix in a microwave safe bowl together with the rest of the ingredients plus up to 5 tbsp tapwater (depending on how runny you want the sauce to be). Put clingfilm over the bowl and nuke for about 2 min. Warning: gets VERY hot.
