Ingredients

Turkey Burger, Jennie-O, 32 oz any brand will do 85/15%
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Safeway Santa Fe Style Frozen Vegetables, 16 oz bag. *Beef bouillion cubes 2 cubes *Lucerne low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks, 3 serving Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) *great value fat free cream cheese, 6 oz *Cheese-parmeasan 1 tbs, 5 tbsp (remove)
**Corn Starch, 3 tbsp
Season to taste. I used sodium free salt substitute.
Any brand on the above ingredients will work, and use what ever vegetables you like.
Tips
I made this in advance and am going to freeze half. Hope it freezes well.
Directions
Fry up the turkey and onion together, add the bag of veggies, then the prepared bouillon. Add disolved cornstarch in about 3 tbs water, bring to boil.
Boil Cauliflower until soft, not mushy. Drain and add cream cheese, mash and season to taste.
Shred cheese.
Using 1 or two glass baking dishes, put in meat mix, add mozzarella, cover with mashed cauliflower, top with parmeasan. Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese on top is melted.
Serving Size: makes 10 good sized servings about 1 1/2 cups each
