Ingredients

    6 oz New York Strip Steak
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    3 c. broccoli florets

Directions

Preheat broiler with broiler pan in place. Trim excess fat off steak. Rub both sides with garlic, salt, and pepper. Put steak on the not pan and broil to desired doneness, 7 to 15 minutes. While steak is broiling...steam the broccoli. Steam n microwave with 2 inches water or on stove top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
