Ingredients

    1 cup cooked spaghetti squash
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup hunts four cheese pasta sauce
    3 qz cooked hot italian sausage
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
    Garlic powder to taste
    dash of italian seasoning

Tips

When flipping the squash mixture I used 2 plates. turned it out on to 1 and then flipped it onto the other and then back into the pan. So that it didn't fall apart


Directions

Put butter and olive oil in frying pan on medium high heat. Beat egg and add spaghetti squash. Put mixture in hot pan smoothing into a circle. cook until brown on one side carefully turn to cook other side. Heat oven to 350. Place cooked squash and egg crust on baking sheet. Top with sauce, cheese, garlic and italian seasoning. Cook for 5 min or until hot and the cheese is melted. Let cool slightly then cut into quarters.
