Introduction

Ingredients

    1 14 to 15 oz. can pink salmon
    1 small stalk celery
    1/2 med. green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. flaxseed meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil for frying...or bake in oven on
    greased cookie sheet.

Tips

If frying, have burner on MED heat and turn often. Will get dark if not watched.


Directions

Mix ingredients, except oil, in a bowl. stir and blend well. Vegetables should be diced fine.
With floured hands, form patties 3 inches by 1/2 inch thick. Makes 6 or 7.
