    9 oz. top round steak, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli


Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar in a sealable bowl or baggie. Add steak to marinade, and allow to sit in fridge for 45 minutes to 3 days.

Heat a wok or skillet, add meat and stir fry at high temperature. Add broccoli and cover; allow to steam.

Mix broccoli and beef. Stir corn starch into remaining marinade - add water if too thick. Pour over beef and broccoli and cook thoroughly.

Serve over rice.
